NASA’s Cassini spacecraft has beamed back an awesome view of Saturn from high above the planet.

In the image, Saturn appears as a serene globe, when in reality, the planet’s atmosphere is an ever-changing scene of high-speed winds and large storms. In fact, the winds on Saturn are the second fastest among the Solar System’s planets, after Neptune’s.

The view was obtained at a distance of approximately 752,000 miles (1.21 million kilometers) from Saturn.
